WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Jesper (Schwartzman) is declared to be the worst student at the postal academy, and is thus stationed on a frozen island in the Arctic Circle, where hardly anybody communicates through mail. He soon strikes up a friendship with local teacher Alva (Jones) as well as Klaus (Simmons), a mysterious carpenter who lives in a cabin filled with handmade toys. Together, they return joy and happiness to the community through the power of their friendship…
