WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

The world is four years into lockdown as the COVID-23 virus continues to mutate and spread out of control. Those who are infected are removed from their homes and families, and placed into quarantine camps known as Q-Zones, from which there is no escape. In Los Angeles, immune courier Nico (Apa) finds hope and love with Sara (Carson), who is prohibited from physical contact due to lockdown. However, when Sara is believed to be infected, Nico must race across the empty streets to stop her from being imprisoned, or worse…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

The first film to be shot in Los Angeles since the coronavirus outbreak, producer Michael Bay’s all-too-timely thriller is either a compelling dystopian adventure, or an insensitive exploitation of real fears surrounding the current lockdown restrictions – either way, you’re in for something special.

WHEN’S IT OUT?
