WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In 1920s New York, Irene (Thompson) and Clare (Negga) are mixed-race childhood friends who reunite as middle-class adults. As the women become heavily involved in each other’s lives and insecurities, they find themselves headed towards a devastating conclusion…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?
