WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Jesmark (Scicluna), a hard-working Maltese fisherman, is faced with a choice of either repairing his leaky “luzzu” fishing boat to provide a meagre living for his family, or decommissioning it in favour of an EU payout and casting out with a sinister black market fishing operation which is slowly decimating the Mediterranean fish population…
