WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Scott (Ferrell) and Kate Johansen (Poehler) couldn’t be more thrilled for the fact that their daughter Alex (Simpkins) has just been accepted into college – but after they accidentally lose her college fund, both start panicking about how they can afford the pricey tuition fees. Luckily for them, their friend Frank (Mantzoukas) gives them the idea to start an illegal casino in Frank’s basement, in order to make back the money in no time…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

It’s been a while since Will Ferrell has headlined a comedy – at least since 2015’s Daddy’s Home – so this outrageous comedy should see him and co-stars Amy Poehler and Jason Mantzoukas deliver the satisfying laugh-out-loud goods in spades.
