WHAT’S IT ABOUT?
In a world where puppets exist but are seen as inferior to humans, puppet Private Investigator Phil Phillips (Barretta) reunites with his former cop partner Detective Connie Edwards (McCarthy) to solve the murders of several cast members from the 80s television show The Happytime Gang.
