WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In mid-70s France, American couple Roland (Pitt) and Vanessa (Jolie Pitt), a writer and former dancer respectively, travel together across the beautiful French landscape. However, with the cracks in their delicate marriage starting to expand, both of them settle in a quiet seaside town where they interact with and grow close to its more vibrant inhabitants – quite possibly at a high personal cost…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Hollywood’s most famous couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Pitt (as she seems to be going by now), reunite on-screen for the first time in ten years in a film that marks Jolie Pitt’s third directorial outing – which, after the mixed reaction to last year’s Unbroken, should be approached with great caution.
