The mad scientist known as Doctor Proctor (Joner) has accidentally invented the world’s most powerful fart powder, and with the help of young children Lisa (Glaister) and Nilly (Noraker) he sets out to introduce his great discover to the world. However, they must also confront the nasty Mr. Thrane (Antonson) who wants the powder for his own nefarious desires…
