WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

A man (Affleck) is suddenly killed in a car accident, and becomes a spiritual being that wears a sheet with eyeholes. In this form, he watches over his grieving wife (Mara) but also realises that he has become unstuck in time, and is forced to watch the years go by in what feels like seconds, feeling everything that he has loved slowly slipping away…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

A very unconventional movie about the afterlife and all of its strangeness, A Ghost Story is also a very beautifully told film about time and love, which also happens to have Casey Affleck literally dressed as a ghost almost the whole time.

WHEN’S IT OUT?
