WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Luce (Harrison Jr.) is a top high school student, a sports hero, and beloved by everyone at school and at home, including his adoptive parents (Watts and Roth) who took him in from a war-torn country. However, when Luce’s teacher Harriet (Spencer) makes an alarming discovery in his locker, Luce’s reputation is put on the line – or is Harriet simply preying on dangerous stereotypes?

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Already one of the year’s most talked-about movies, Luce tackles several complex topics such as tokenism and identity in modern America, in a thrilling script based on J.C. Lee’s play of the same name.
