WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

At the height of his prolific career, jazz musician Miles Davis (Cheadle) virtually disappears from the world for a five-year period in the 1970s and holes himself up in his home, all alone. However, the unexpected arrival of Rolling Stone journalist Dave Brill (McGregor) paves the way for a series of misadventures and escapades, all while Miles is being haunted by the ghosts of his own past…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Don Cheadle makes his directorial debut with this highly unconventional portrait of the eccentric but brilliant jazz legend Miles Davis.
