WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Georges (Dujardin), a suburban man whose marriage is in tatters, retreats to a remote mountain town where he spends everything he owns on the 100% deerskin jacket of his dreams. He becomes obsessed with how good he looks in the jacket, and with a video camera he also obtains – along with the assistance of local aspiring editor Denise (Haenel) – he creates a series of bizarre movies where he flaunts his prized jacket to the world. However, Georges’ obsession soon takes him down a much darker path…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Oscar-winning actor Jean Dujardin brings charm and charisma to this extremely strange tale of obsession and style, which comes from the deranged mind of filmmaker Quentin Dupieux (the creator of cult B-movie Rubber, about a killer tyre – yes, really).

WHEN’S IT OUT?
