WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Captain JJ Collins (Pataky) is placed in charge of a remote nuclear missile interceptor base in the Pacific Ocean, after she is demoted from her job at the Pentagon. One day, the base is threatened by a simultaneous coordinated attack, led by former US military intelligence officer Alexander Kessel (Bracey) who is intent on carrying out a destructive plan, forcing Collins to spring into action in a race against time to stop Kessel and his covert mercenaries from carrying out their mission…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Fast & Furious alumni Elsa Pataky gets her moment to shine in the lead role of this intense action-thriller, which is a neat throwback to some of the nuclear war-baiting movies of the 70s and 80s.
