WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

After he and his ragtag crew of performers transform the rundown New Moon Theatre into the talk of the town, optimistic koala Buster Moon (McConaughey) sets his sights on debuting a spectacular new show at the Crystal Tower Theatre in the legendary and glamorous Redshore City. However, Buster and his cast – including overworked mother pig Rosita (Witherspoon), rocker porcupine Ash (Johansson) and shy teen elephant Meena (Kelly) – struggle to get the attention of powerful mogul wolf Jimmy Crystal (Cannavale), until they mention the possibility of getting lion rock legend Clay Calloway (Bono) for their show, which presents a mission in and of itself given how Calloway has not performed in years…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

The A-list voice cast returns to their animated furry counterparts, along with new additions like Bobby Cannavale and U2 frontman Bono, for a grand musical adventure with epic new stakes and heights.
