WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

A filmmaker (Isaacs) is told that his next movie must be about crime, sex or celebrity if it is to acquire funding. In response, he begins shooting a film in his own home, using several people in his own life as the stars, including two builders hired to repair a fence, his Pakistani neighbour who he is temporarily sharing a garden with, a homeless Slovakian man, and his Colombian cleaner….
