WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In 1974 London, just as electrical blackouts are about to sweep the country, trainee nurse Val (Williams) arrives for a stint at the rundown East London Royal Infirmary, where most of the patients and staff have been evacuated to another hospital, leaving her to work the night shift in a dark, mostly empty building. During her shift, she uncovers a deadly secret lurking within the hospital, and soon Val is forced to confront her traumatic past and her greatest fears in order to defend herself from the malevolent force that is intending to destroy everything and everyone in its path…
