After ten years apart, twins Milo (Hader), a struggling gay actor, and Maggie (Wiig), the depressed wife of Lance (Wilson), reunite after coincidentally cheating death on the same day. Maggie takes Milo to stay with her and Lance, and it soon becomes apparent that the key to fixing both their lives is in fixing their strained relationship with each other…
