WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Sonic (Schwartz), a blue and speedy hedgehog, travels to Earth where he attempts to escape benevolent forces hell-bent on exploiting his powers of super-speed. There, he meets small-town sheriff Tom Wachowski (Marsden), who decides to help Sonic evade capture by the government, which hires tyrannical roboticist Dr. Robotnik (Carrey) to help hunt him down…

The beloved video game character makes his movie debut in a family action-comedy that will hopefully justify the CG character’s recent re-design following fan backlash.
