WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Young lion cub Simba (McCrary) is destined to become the new king of Pride Rock, following in the footsteps of his father Mufasa (Jones), but when he is murdered by his treacherous brother Scar (Ejiofor) Simba runs away from his kingdom and falls under the mentorship of meerkat and warthog friends Timon (Eichner) and Pumbaa (Rogen). As he grows up, Simba (Glover) must learn to take responsibility and take his place as the rightful king…
