WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

During the opening stages of the 1998 Tour de France in Ireland, Belgian support rider Dom Chabol (Talpe) secretly hopes to be the one to lead his team to victory. However, when he is unceremoniously dropped from the team, he begins to embrace the idea of civilian life – until a doping error gives him one more chance…
