WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

After her parents suddenly die, 10-year-old Mary Lennox (Egerickx) is sent to live with her uncle Archibald Craven (Firth) on the remote estate of Misselthwaite Manor in Yorkshire, where she is placed under the watchful eye of Mrs. Medlock (Walters). Soon, she discovers many family secrets, including the discovery of her sickly and reclusive young cousin Colin (Hayhurst), and a wondrous magical garden locked away within the estate grounds…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Frances Hodgson Burnett’s timeless children’s novel is revitalised for the big screen once more, thanks to producer David Heyman who ensures it brings the same amount of movie magic as his previous projects such as Paddington and the Harry Potter series once did.
