WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In a Brazilian city, teenagers Raphael (Tevez), Gardo (Luis) and Rato (Weinstein) spend their days picking through litter with the hope of finding something useful within it. When they find a wallet with some damning contents inside of it, they find themselves being targeted by the local police force as they become unlikely whistleblowers in a corrupt city…
