WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Howard Ratner (Sandler) is a New York jeweller with a gambling addiction who comes into possession of a rare Ethiopian opal, which he intends to use to pay off his debts and possibly obtain the score of a lifetime. However, a series of bad decisions and aggressive run-ins with irate loan sharks cause Howard’s plan to continuously go south…
