WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Katie Mitchell (Jacobson) is an aspiring filmmaker who’s just been accepted into the film school of her dreams. However, her plans for a fresh start are upended when her nature-loving father Rick (McBride) cancels her plane ticket and surprises her with a family road trip to the school instead. Forced to share a car with her father, mother Linda (Rudolph), little brother Aaron (Rianda) and their pet dog Monchi, Katie’s problems get even worse when they find themselves in the middle of a global tech uprising, which the family must survive by working together…
