IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

An extraordinary work of stop-motion animation from the mind that brought us Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and Being John Malkovich, Anomalisa is an odd but uplifting film about the human soul that deserves to be seen by any Kaufman or animation aficionados.
