During the Nazi occupation of the Channel Islands, middle-aged Jersey woman Louisa Gould (Seagrove) takes in an escaped Russian POW who goes by the name Bill (Kostov), and hides him during the course of the war. As tensions rise between the island’s occupants and the ruthless Nazi officers, Louisa does whatever she can to protect this young man from harm…
