Thor (Hemsworth) returns to Asgard to find that it has been taken over by his adopted brother Loki (Hiddleston). Powerless and imprisoned on the planet Sakaar, Thor is forced into a gladiator ring and must fight his former friend, Bruce Banner aka The Hulk (Ruffalo), if he is to make it back to Asgard and stop Hela from unleashing Ragnarok, the doom of all Asgardian civilisation…
IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?
Chris Hemsworth’s Thor embarks on his craziest and most intergalactic journey to date in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and with Taika Waititi directing it could well be the funniest Marvel movie to date.
