WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In an attempt to cope with her unfulfilling life, teenager Barbara Thorson (Wolfe) regularly retreats into a fantasy world of magic and monsters where she fights to prevent her small town from being destroyed by giants. However, an encounter with the new school guidance counsellor (Saldana) causes her to question whether everything she is going through is real or not…
