But when Irving’s frustrated wife Rosalyn (Lawrence) threatens to pull the strings, all hell breaks loose…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

On a career high after critical and commercial praise for The Fighter and Silver Linings Playbook, director David O. Russell’s newest caper American Hustle combines the casts of both films and brings a cool and hip sense of swagger to a groovy, impossibly-real true story.
