In 1941, two soldiers from the Czechoslovakian army-in-exile, Jozef Gabčík (Murphy) and Jan Kubiš (Dornan), are assigned the dangerous task of assassinating Reinhard Heydrich (Bothe), the feared Nazi general. Their mission, which must be carried out despite the limited amount of time they have, would go on to have serious consequences for the War in Europe…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Detailing one of the most significant assassinations of the Second World War, that of Nazi officer Reinhard Heydrich, Anthropoid is an intense and strong-willed film about war and its many sacrifices.
