WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In 70s New York, Chris (Owen) is released from prison after many years for a gangland murder, and is picked up by his cop brother, Frank (Crudup). Willing to give his brother a second chance at life, Frank allows Chris to share his home, find a job and reconnect with his family. But when Chris inevitably decides to return to the criminal underworld, his decision puts both him and his brother on a deadly collision course…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Blood Ties is a gritty and harsh tale of cops vs. criminals in the classic 70s-era setting, but the brotherly bond as depicted by Clive Owen and Billy Crudup adds a more intimate and heartfelt perspective to the genre.
