With the help of a rebellious but charismatic coach (Jackman) Michael – later re-christened “Eddie the Eagle” – manages to overcome everybody’s expectations and become a beloved figure of the sport…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

The inspirational true story of Eddie “The Eagle” Edwards gets an appropriately crowd-pleasing movie to accompany it, with added Hugh Jackman to sweeten the deal.
