WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

The London music scene of 1997 is thriving, with bands like Blur and Oasis taking off and ruling the airwaves. Meanwhile, 27-year-old A&R man Steven Stelfox (Hoult) is slashing and burning his way through an industry that can switch at the mere distaste of its audience, and – fuelled by greed, ambition and an inhuman amount of drugs – decides to take things to a murderous new level, all with the goal of searching for the next big hit…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

It’s Empire meets American Psycho in this edgy and disturbing industry satire, based on the novel by John Niven who also adapts his work into the screenplay.
