WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Victor (Auteuil), a disillusioned man in his sixties, is approached by a mysterious but brilliant entrepreneur named Antoine (Canet), who gives Victor the opportunity to dive back into a time period of his choice, through the use of theatrical artifices and historical reconstruction. Victor chooses to go back to forty years prior, during a week where he encountered the greatest love of his life…
