WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In the LEGO universe, Bruce Wayne (Arnett) lives an awesome life as his superhero alter ego Batman – but his inner torment of being alone haunts him in private. With encouragement from his loyal butler Alfred (Fiennes) and his young ward Dick Grayson/Robin (Cera), Batman learns the importance of teamwork and friendship as he tries to stop The Joker (Galifianakis) from taking over Gotham City…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

One of the many standout characters from The LEGO Movie – the self-involved and overly dark version of Batman – gets his own movie which not only looks as every bit as enjoyable as his last appearance, but also seems to be a loving tribute to the Caped Crusader’s long legacy over the years.
