WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

A crew aboard the International Space Station successfully captures a space probe from Mars, that contains a sample of an organism that could be the very first instance of extra-terrestrial life. However, the organism soon grows intelligent and starts decimating the crew, leaving the surviving members trapped and figuring out how to destroy it before it escapes and devours Earth…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Life could possibly be the most high-profile knock-off of Alien ever put to film – or at least the one with the starriest cast, including Jake Gyllenhaal and Ryan Reynolds – but it could also be one hell of a space-set ride.
