WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Lowly janitor Lee (Affleck) receives a call telling him that his brother Joe (Chandler) has just died. Returning to the hometown he abandoned years before for the funeral, Lee finds out that he has also been made the legal guardian of Joe’s teenage son Patrick (Hedges), and also runs into his estranged ex-wife Randi (Williams), which brings back dark memories which reveal why he left in the first place…
