In search of adventure, a strange family of creatures known as the Moomins – including Moomintroll (Tovey), Moominpapa (Parker) and Moominmama (Oberman) – along with friends Snorkmaiden  (Winiecki) and Little My (Gibson) depart from Moominvally and set sail for the French Riviera. Once there, Snorkmaiden receives the attention of a playboy which sends Moomintroll into a jealous rage, Moominpapa becomes an aristocrat, and Moominmama is desperate for everyone to remember their earnest morals…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?
