Teddy Walker (Hart) is a successful barbeque salesman who, after losing his job through explosive means, is forced to attend night classes at the local high school to finally get his GED and progress further in the workplace. There, he comes into conflict with his teacher Carrie (Haddish), who has some inventive methods of getting her class to succeed…
