WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Nate and his best friend Libby (Brooks) decide to sneak away to New York in order to fulfil their dreams, but a chance encounter with Nate’s estranged aunt Heidi (Kurdrow) turns their plan upside-down…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Adapting his own book of the same name, writer-director Tim Federle – known as the creator of the hit Disney+ spin-off series High School Musical: The Musical: The Series (quite a mouthful, eh?) – brings his love of musicals to feature-length heights with an inspiring story for all young performing wannabes out there.
