WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In the near-future, computer programmer Miles (Radcliffe) spends his free time trolling online trolls, in a cowardly attempt to shame those who post inappropriate things on the Internet. One day, he insults a criminal organisation known as Skizm, which live-streams real death matches between deadly killers to the world, and finds himself accosted in his own apartment by Skizm’s psychotic kingpin Riktor (Dennehy), who bolts two handguns into Miles’ hands. Miles is now forced to compete in a lethal match against Skizm’s most dangerous killers Nix (Weaving), if he is to see another day…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Any movie that has Daniel Radcliffe wandering about with guns literally bolted to his body is worth at least a mention, and this incredibly kinetic action-comedy makes full use of that bizarre set-up.
