WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Loretta Sage (Bullock) is the successful but dissatisfied author of a series of romance-adventure novels about a hero named Dash, portrayed on the book cover by handsome but dim-witted cover model Alan Caprison (Tatum). During a book tour, Loretta is kidnapped by billionaire Fairfax (Radcliffe), who believes that the lost city in Loretta’s novels is real and that she is the only person who can lead him to it. Unfortunately for Loretta, Alan – eager to prove himself as more than just a cover model – steps in to rescue her despite having no survival skills, and soon the both of them are forced on a journey together to find the fabled lost city…
