WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Minnesota, 1990. Detective Bruce Kenner (Hawke) heads an investigation into the case of young woman Angela Gray (Watson), who accuses her father John (Dencik) of sexually abusing her despite not having any memories of such. John is brought in for questioning, but to Kenner’s surprise he almost instantly confesses to molesting his daughter. Kenner, along with psychiatrist Kenneth Raines (Thewlis), dive into the memories of both father and daughter, and what they discover unmasks a disturbing and horrifying nationwide mystery…
