WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Lucas (Reeves), an American diamond merchant, travels to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds of questionable origin. As the deal begins to collapse, he meets and begins an obsessive and passionate affair with Katya (Ularu), a Russian café owner in the small Siberian town of Mirny.
