WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Asger Holm (Cedergren) is a former police officer who now works as an alarm dispatcher. One day, he answers an emergency call from a woman who says she’s been kidnapped, but when the call is suddenly disconnected he enters into a race against time to save the woman from a grisly fate, only to find that he’s also wandered into a much larger crime than he first thought…

After receiving critical praise from its various stops on the film festival circuit, this Danish thriller is a surprising thrill-ride that’s unmissable for anyone wanting a suspenseful low-key movie to watch during a night in (but be sure to have the subtitles on!).
