WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

Cecillia (Moss) is trapped in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend, wealthy scientist Adrian (Jackson-Cohen). When she finally escapes from him, he seemingly commits suicide and leaves a vast amount of his fortune to her. However, Cecilia becomes increasingly convinced that not only is he still alive, but that he has found a way to stalk her and make her life hell without anyone being able to see him…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

For his second film after the entertainingly pulpy Upgrade, Leigh Whannell takes the familiar story by H.G. Wells and turns it on its head, creating a fresh new incarnation of the legendary see-through menace.
