WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

As world leaders come together to negotiate peace in Northern Ireland, two sworn enemies – Ian Paisley (Spall), the leader of the Democratic Unionist Party, and Sinn Féin politician Martin McGuiness (Meaney) – are forced to take a short journey together, during which they must try and get along if their country is to have any peace…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

With the recent passing of Martin McGuiness still firmly in the memory of those who still remember the Northern Ireland peace process, this film is a timely recollection on one of the most vital events leading up to the eventual IRA ceasefire.
