WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In Miami Beach during the Iraq War, wo young friends, David (Teller) and Efraim (Hill), seek to exploit a little-known government initiative that allows small businesses to bid on US military contracts, and soon they end up making an incredible amount of money.
