WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

A getaway driver (Grillo) realises that he has been double-crossed after a bank robbery goes wrong, and must seek out who it was that betrayed him before they do any damage to the people he cares about…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Loosely adapted from the video game series of the same name, which starred a digitized Vin Diesel in the title role, Wheelman is a fine vehicle (no pun intended) for Frank Grillo to prove he’s one of the more underrated action heroes of the 21st century.
