WHAT’S IT ABOUT?

In a bleak, apocalyptic future, mutants face extinction and are hunted down by the giant Sentinels. Putting their differences aside, Charles Xavier/Professor X (Stewart) and Eric Lehnsherr/Magneto (McKellen) recruit Logan/Wolverine (Jackman) and send him back in time to try and prevent the future. Once there, Wolverine comes into contact with the young Xavier (McAvoy) and Lehnsherr (Fassbender), and he must try and convince them as well as other mutants such as Mystique (Lawrence) to join forces with their older selves and save mutantkind…

IN ONE SENTENCE, WHY SHOULD YOU BE EXCITED?

Set to be one of the most ambitious comic-book movies this side of The Avengers, X-Men: Days of Future Past unites the casts of the original trilogy and X-Men: First Class to deliver nothing short of epic superhero action.
